Below are some Frequently asked questions. If you don't see your answer you can open a ticket on our Discord or Contact us. (The discord has a faster response time).

How do I buy Stuff?

In order to buy our stuff you need to visit our Purchasing Hubs. We have many hubs here at NGD, these include our Clothing Center, Vendr hub, and many other hubs for custom orders and things like that. Here are some links to help you out:

Why do you Ping so much?

Development Servers put alot of time, effort, and robux into their work so we want to get the community involved and sell our things. You can easily mute channels that you dont want to be a part of.

How do I open a custom order?

Simple. Just go to our Support Ticket channel and read the prices and status on the custom orders window. You can then scroll up and click the Open Custom Order Ticket dropdown.

Where can I find all of the games?

We have many games here at NGD some minigames some big enough to be their own. You can find them in our Current Games Tab.

Where is the Application Tracker?

Filled out an application but lost the tracker link? Dont worry we got you covered! Below is a list of all the application trackers that we have.

I bought something but didn't get the file.

Dont worry. Sometimes the BOT goes down and we just havnt noticed yet. The best thing to do is open a ticket in the discord. We have purchace logs so we can see what product you bought and will give you the correct file. We will also make an announcement when the BOT comes back on so that you can continue your shopping.

I can only see one channel.

You are either not verified yet or have been server suspended. If you have not verified just go to the channel, click the button, and follow the instructions that the BOT sends. If you have been server suspended then you will have to fill out that appeal form in order to be let back into that server.

I can't mention a channel.

Yes, most channels in our discord have a special font that discord hates so it will claim that the channel doesnt exsist even though it does. If you are having touble finding a certain channel ask a staff member or look in the Brouse Channel area.

I have been banned from a game or the discord server.

Staff members have many reasons to ban someone from our services. If you feel like this was a faulse ban or want to appeal it then you can by going to the following form and filling it out. Staff members read this form all the time so please make sure you have a valid email so that we can contact you reguarding your ban.

I don't see a past partnered server.

After time some server invites expire. If the server doesnt renew the invite within a certain amount of time the partnership will be Revoked. We can also revoke a partnership if they break DToS or RToS. If you would like to partner with us review our requirements on our server.

Why isn't there a staff member in my game?

We have a limited amout of staff members and we also have other games that might need tending to. If you have a report please open a ticket or use the ingame report system and a staff member will see the report even if they are not ingame.

I joined the group but it didn't update my roles.

In Nifty Gaming Development we use RoVer instead of Bloxlink to you have to update yourself manually. You can do that by going to the verification channel and clicking the button. If you are already verified then it will update your roles rather then make you go through verification all over again.

I cant speak in any channels.

We have a very secure server to prevent raids and other things. To be able to speak you must agree to the rules and verify your account with RoVer. You can do this through the verification channel, if you have problems ask a staff member for help.
